Ron Mattingly, Vice President of Sales and Training
Ron started at Lightyear in 1999 as a Supervisor of Lightyear’s Customer Support Team who serviced Lightyear’s entire customer base. In 2001, Ron became Account Manager for several of Lightyear’s largest network marketing service clients and helped grow those companies to more than 100,000 customers nationwide. In 2002, Ron was promoted to Director over the entire Account Management division and stayed in that role until approached with the idea of helping to set up the infrastructure for Lightyear’s very own direct selling company. Since 2003, Ron has worked closely with the representatives of Lightyear and particularly close with the leaders in the field in order to create the most exciting and fastest growing entity within Lightyear.
Ron contributes his success to surrounding themselves with great people in Lightyear and also to strong representative base. He understands that consistent effort over a period of time will produce incredible results and they are committed to long-term success. With the launch of My Lightyear, Ron believes there will be millions who become part of our team. He feels strongly that to be successful in this industry, you must provide unique products and services on which people already spend money, and then give everyone an opportunity to get paid with the most dynamic compensation plan in the industry when they do so.
